These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by PolyAI Limited and its affiliates (“PolyAI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including any text, graphics, demonstrations, or other materials available therein (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope and Eligibility

4. AI Generated Content and Demonstrations


The Site may include technology that generates text, audio, or other outputs (“AI Outputs”), including demonstrations of PolyAI technology. You must not use the Site to generate AI Outputs that are illegal, harmful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. AI Outputs are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only and may contain inaccuracies or content that does not reflect PolyAI’s views. You must not rely on AI Outputs as professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, medical, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for how you use or share any AI Outputs and must comply with applicable laws when doing so.



5. Privacy and Data


Your use of the Site is subject to our privacy policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. You agree not to submit any confidential, sensitive, or regulated information, such as personal health information or payment card data, or any information which you do not have a right to transmit, through demo forms or other interactive features of the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date above, and where required by law we will provide additional notice or seek your consent. Your continued use of the Site after the date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of them. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.



11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or with the Site, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
