Overview of the role:

As PolyAI embarks on its next growth stage, we’re looking for our first Talent Acquisition Partner to drive and build the recruitment in-house and help scale the team. This is an exciting opportunity to become the central point for driving all UK, US and other international recruitment activities, and it’s integral to PolyAI’s growth strategy.


  • Source potential candidates for open roles through various channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, hiring and networking events etc.)
  • Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a fantastic candidate experience that reflects our company values
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, screening calls, assessments and interviews
  • Coordinate with PolyAI’s hiring managers to identify hiring needs when required
  • Partner with hiring manager to design job descriptions, hiring checklists and interview questions that reflect each role’s requirements
  • Assess candidate information, including CVs and contact details, using our ATS, Workable
  • Help to drive our hiring strategy to meet PolyAI diversity goals
  • Ensure all hiring processes are in line with our internal compliance procedures

About you:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
  • 3-5 years of proven work experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition partner in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven track of hiring for Tech, Product, Commercial and Operation roles of different levels of seniority
  • Experience hiring across multiple locations: UK, US, EMEA
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
