PolyAI is tackling the challenges of automating customer service through voice. As part of the project team, you will take a lead role in developing real-world systems for our customers that take 1000s of calls every single day. You will work closely with Product Managers and Dialogue Designers to build out and maintain highly specialised software that delights our clients and their customers. Starting as a Software Engineer, you will be involved in several bot build-ups. Moving ahead, this role offers an opportunity for you to transition to a career as a Technical Project Manager, where you will be responsible for managing projects to ensure the proposed plan abides by the timeline, budget, and scope.
