Description

At PolyAI, we build human-like voice assistants that help large B2C brands be available 24×7, in any language (see some cool demos online). We have one ambition: delivering the best voice experiences in the world.

We are currently looking for Product Managers to join our Platform and Studio teams (see Studio Beta). You will be leading product teams that enable our solutions teams and partners to create and manage delightful voice experiences. You will be tackling challenges ranging from simplifying partner onboarding to simplifying the optimization of voice assistants.

 


 

The Role

 

Your responsibility will involve:

  • Focus on users. Be the voice of our customers, partners and internal users. Ensure that the whole understands who they are and what they truly need.
  • Maximize impact. Lead the discovery, prioritization, design, development and delivery of new ways of meeting or exceeding external and internal users’ needs. Combine large transformative initiatives and low-hanging fruits.
  • Get stuff done. Work across design and engineering to establish a track record of delivery on the roadmap you own based on user research, data and market needs.
  • Enable the team. Make sure the entire company understands what your teams are working on, why, and how to best leverage it as part of their activities.
  • Continuously improve. Work with the team to continuously improve ways for us to build successful products.identify ways we can improve.

Requirements

  • Product management experience. Proven track record of delivering enterprise SaaS products to market within a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Solid communication. Ability to think and communicate clearly: understanding people, working effectively in teams and being able to create impactful work.
  • Resourceful. Demonstrated ability to take initiatives and good use of lateral thinking, adaptability and problem solving skills.
  • Data-driven. Strong ability to analyse: understanding customer needs from qualitative and quantitative research. Data-driven to identify trends and measure the impact on the product of the features you build.
  • UX intuition. Curious and solid sense of contemporary UX patterns, with the experience working with product design teams.
