We are looking for a resourceful and organized Operations & Event Manager to manage company events worldwide and manage some U.S. team administrative functions.

The Role

Marketing Operations Manager will join PolyAI’s rapidly growing marketing team. This role will support all of PolyAI’s marketing functions with a focus on events. This includes, but is not limited to content development, marketing automation, email marketing, social media, list building, and audience nurturing. This role will also serve as a U.S. point of contact for the London based operations team.

Your responsibility will involve:

  • Build and maintain company marketing calendar (events, campaigns, media releases)
  • Oversee all planning, logistics, and execution for conferences, trade shows, and webinars globally
  • Work with marketing team members to develop compelling live, recorded, and on-demand event content
  • Oversee all planning, logistics, and execution for U.S. based internal company events
  • Serve as a U.S. based point of contact for the operations team
  • Ensure proper tracking of leads and opportunities that originate from events
  • Provide regular analytic reports on the performance of team marketing efforts
  • Work with thought leaders to find speaking opportunities
  • Build out nurturing campaigns

 


 

Requirements

 

Minimum skills and experience:

  • College degree
  • 2-5 years of experience working on a marketing team
  • Understanding of B2B marketing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proof of being well organized and detail oriented

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Experience hosting webinars
  • Experience organizing trade show booths
  • Experience with
    • Salesforce
    • Outreach
    • Pardot (or HubSpot)
    • Zoom Webinar
  • Experience with technology
  • Experience working for a fast growth startup
